"Tastes of Heaven" Cookbook Fundraiser - 2008
The Anthony Bates Foundation (ABF) is launching a Cookbook Fundraiser. This is a world-wide
effort to share our kitchen favorites with our family, friends and communities.
The “Tastes
of Heaven” cookbook will be utilized to raise awareness for our continued
cause. Profits from the sales of our cookbooks will go directly
to ABF to further our
mission to raise awareness of the leading killer of young athletes in this country (HCM,
Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) and supplement our cardiac screening programs
for kids everywhere.
We would like your help in one or more of these areas:

· Cookbook price will be between $25, plus $6 shipping for each cookbook
